ST206 Fully automatic distillation range analyzer

The ST206 fully automatic distillation range analyzer features a color LCD display screen, Chinese menu human-machine dialogue, guided operation, and fully automated measurement process. Designed in accordance with the requirements of the 2025 Chinese Pharmacopoeia General Rule 0611 Distillation Range Determination Method, distillation range refers to the temperature range of a liquid distilled according to the following method, calibrated to standard atmospheric pressure [101.3kPa (760mmHg)], from the start of distillation of the fifth drop until only 3-4ml or a certain proportion of the volume of the test sample is distilled.

Some medicinal excipients or drugs have a certain distillation range, and measuring the distillation range can distinguish or check the purity of the drug. Adopting embedded computers, large LCD touch screens, user-friendly human-machine dialogue interface, and easy experimental operation. Using microcontroller and intelligent control technology, the temperature rise and cooling, distillate liquid level tracking, distillation rate control, recovery liquid volume control, temperature recording, and test result printing during the distillation test process are all automatically completed.

● Over temperature protection: If the heating temperature exceeds the set safe temperature, the instrument will automatically stop the experiment and blow air to dissipate heat.
